I’m doing a project on our house and noticed that our exterior walls consist of foamboard.. then cellulose insulation… then drywall. Doesn’t seem to have any plywood/OSB or housewrap. It was built in 1995 in the northern Indiana. Is this normal. Seems strange to me.

It’s normal because that time construction strategy like that only so no need to worry about it. Now you want to rebuild your home or renovate it?

I agree it’s nothing to get concerned about since your home was built in 1995.
