New Kid on the Block

I have been visiting and reading alot of the posts on LJ’s for quite awhile. Finally signed up the other day and one of the first things I read, mentioned the new Home Refurbers site. As this is more to my skill and knowledge levels, here I am. I noticed that there are quite a few familiar names here at HR and as more people find this site I am sure it will develope into very good source of information and a chance to meet a lot of talented and friendly people.

I retired about a year ago and have been catching up on my honey do list. I am in the process of inclosing the last two bays of my shop to set up a woodshop. Nothing fancy, it is 24×30, I am in the middle of making a sliding door then I will be able to lock it up. My first project, besides the shop, which is never ending, will be to build a playhouse for the grandkids.

When I figure out how to post pictures, I will update my profile. Looking forward to spending my evenings on HR, sure beats TV.
