This is the smallest bathroom cabinet in the house. This is one of the few completely done. All cabinets in the house are made of Hard Maple. The sink I bought at Lowes. It came with a cheap cabinet that I tossed. The hardest part about this style cabinet with the flush doors is, to keep it all flush. The finish is tung and polyurithane.
I had this posted at LJ for a while.

Real nice job on this. Were you able to use the old cabinet as a pattern for the sink cut out. Best way, I’ve found for doing the flush front is to put it all together and break out the belt sander. Looks like you have a good method. Turned out nice. Thanks for the post.

Yes i did trace the old cabinet it came with. I sribed the sink and wall as close as possible and use a brown caulking to fill the seam before the last coat of Zar.
