New Siding, New Look

Well folks I tired of painting the house and wanted a new look. Admittedly I didn’t do a lot other than supervise during this project and I know that this website is about work that we do, however as I told the wife when she asked “why do I have to be home and watching constantly” this is the first time anyone has worked on this house other me. I did keep the guys in iced tea and ripped a couple of boards for them. You can see from the before and after pictures it’s quite a change. The work was done by a two man crew (Mark & Ed) from W.S.A. Inc. out of Ashtabula, Ohio. It took them about 12 eight hour days to complete the job. New front steps are next.

Well done. New siding always makes the house look better, when it is done right.

Are you going to do the front steps yourself or have someone else do it?

I’m going to have my friend do the stone work. I’ll do the grunt work for him. The same fellow that helped with the brick oven.
