Not sure if this qualifies, but I have been doing upgrades to my house for starters. I had quarter round windows that were leaking so I purchase rectangle ones. I also installed the siding and the simple and more to my taste mission style molding on the inside of my livingroom. I plan on changing all the molding to this style. All this is being done to a house that was built in 2003. Since changing to this style of windows and molding my wife and I have noticed a calming affect. Could it be the style of the house plays on your moods. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Anyways this is my want I have been doing around the house.
