We bought the Lake House last year. It hadn’t been used in a couple of years and was starting to go into disrepair. We had some roof repairs needed along with a complete paint job inside and out. We are almost complete with the painting inside.
I have had to lay tile, hardwodd laminate flooring, and bath room tile. I always thought these weekend home were for relaxing.

haha but that is a REAL weekend home .. a place to putter around fixin and adapting and then sitting back and enjoying.
