this is a project, where the home owner was involved in the instalation. I call it installation 101. the idea here is that most home owners purchaced a home, then when it’s time to upgrade or make repairs they would like to save money just like the rest of us. With the owner involved in the actual labor, we can teach them how to improve on thier investment.

I assume we are looking at the floor. Nice installation. What wood is this? Is this engineered flooring? Did the flooring come prefinished?
