I started this about 11 months ago but we had some obstacles to maneuver around along the way. First was getting the electric in. 100AMP service then insulation to the walls and put up 5/8” fire code sheet rock, then the lighting.

Now I am putting up the ceiling, yea I know it should go up before the walls but I am putting up a 12” X 3/4” plywood boarder around the walls right to the ceiling so it makes no difference once its sealed and painted. When that parts done I will post the photos but here is where its at now.

Missing the pictures, any chance you can fix ‘em?
What’s the purpose of the plywood border? I’ve got a french cleat all the way round my shop just down from the ceiling, and it makes hanging shelves and cabinets and what-have-you way easier.

The border is to hang templates from Dan I try to save them and they will be out of the way till I need to use them again. Today I just finished up the cribbing on the ceiling so tomorrow I will get the electric done and start on getting the insulation finished. I think it will be next month before the sheet rock is up and everything painted.
I have not decided where to put my cabinets yet but french cleats will be used.
I see no problem with the photos?
Thanks

Ah, I’m having some wacky networking problems today, the lack of photos must be due to that.
