I've done nearly all the work on my starter house/ fixer upper. Last year, we were hit by a epic flood, and have been spending the year rebuilding two houses. We are back home and are taking everything that was flooded and upgrading to current codes or better. I also get to redo some of those jobs that I can do much better now.
