I have not been on the site much lately, but I do have a good excuse. I finally found a house to purchase a refurbish. While not a lot of work to do, there will be a few things needing done, primarily patching a few holes and painting. In April I looked through a number of houses. Part 2: What do do with the baseboards

Ok, so I still have some painting to do on the master bedroom, as well as some touch ups elsewhere. But, my next challenge will be the baseboards. First, they will need to be replaced in several places. Then, they will all need repainted. I have two challenges with the baseboards.
