Thanks for the Welcome. I have a lot of plans for house I am buying. We close in Aug so I will be really busy after that. My first two projects will be adding a privacy fence and a bar to the den. I also plan to enclose the covered patio with windows to create a pation green house off the rear of the house. The wife wants me to remove the carpet in the kitchen, dining room and bar and lay tile which is a project I am not looking forward too because of bad knees from 20 years in the Air Force. I’m sure that it will be fun to do though.
First I have to convert the garage to a shop though so I am looking forward to being very busy for a while around the house.
