I'm planning on purchasing a repo in Denver/Aurora soon. Being in the Air Force, my plans are to purchase a fixer-upper, refurbish it within the 3-4 years I'll be stationed there, and then sell it, (hopefully making a bit from my hard work). I've never refurbed a house before, but being the way I am, I can't see paying for someone else to do it for me. So, hopefully I will learn enough from this site to get me started and hopefully I can figure out the rest... Looking forward to the experience though as hands on work is what I really enjoy!
