Dick, ya gotta start somewhere on a remodel job!

I went down 4 layers of flooring and plywood(s) to get to the floor joists in the bathroom of my old house. Filled up a dumpster with all that crap. If they had done it right the first time I would not have had a 3 month remodel on our only bathroom! The bathroom is only a 5×8 room! But I can say one sure thing, the floor is now even with the hallway floor. (Nice gap under the door unfortunately!)

I told Martin I may belong here more so that LumberJocks, at least right now, because I am trying to remodel “this old house”. I don’t have a lot of time to make anything except (drywall) dust right now. I’ll be busy for about 1-2 weeks on the entryway. I had new carpets put in and now have a tile floor entry to complete. Weeeeeeee…................
