We own a wholesale nursery in San Diego county, where we grow indoor plants. i use to be an architectural draftsman and after that cabinet maker/general contractor. It has been about 18 years since I had a shop, but building our new house gave me an excuse to set up again. Most of the woodworking will be cabinets and basic furniture and shelving for now.

This is going back to July 2006. The foundation is finished and we are starting the framing. Here is where you make all the decisions for room lay-out. You get the feeling you are finishing the whole house in a couple of weeks, it goes soooo fast....

thank you for the welcome Pabull..I am new to the refurbs..I bought the house 10 years ago for 38 grand..had an appraisal last year for 66 G’s ..not a bad investment considering that I have about 5000$ out of pocket worth of materials to do the work..I also have three brothers and an uncle of whom were a great help to me in improving the value of my home..I am not done ..in fact I’m just getting started!!
