Wow Mark, you’re quite a natural when it comes to video. I watched all of them – very interesting. One question – won’t silicone spray stain the material? I doubt you would use it if there was a possibility, so it must now. Interesting.

Howdy Billy – thanks for watching. I have a new series to post. Just haven’t gotten around to it. It’s actually some real upholstery.
The silicone I buy is sold at upholstery supply stores. It’s made specifically for this kind of work. No stains at all. In fact, what I spray never feels wet. I suppose it could cause an issue if you were spraying the fabric directly from an inch away. I have never seen an issue. I used it for about 10 years.
I wouldn’t trust WD-40 to do the same thing but you can trust the silicone sold at the supply stores.
