beadboard ceiling

Looks nice. I’m done with the ceilings in my house, but once we get moved in, I’m going to finish the apartment that we’re living in, that’s above my shop, and I’ve been thinking about doing it with bead board.

i do it for the love bull ! lol dont let the 56 fool ya , not many young guys around that want to follow me around every day , i know i hire a lot of them ! lol

On the picture is that one of the “young” guys?

no bull hes actually older than me ! he retired from boeing aircraft in seattle . and a guy that i really miss .
he finally gave up this past spring and since had a knee operation and a hip replaced . neither was from following me around !! lol

This stuff’s a pain but I like the look of it. Old school. Literally! The school’s I attended when a youngster were always old brick, real wood floors and rich in architectural detailing. I guess I’ve always appreciated nice woodwork.

thx jcees , yours is one of my favorites ! you didnt use the ” cheaters ” or dividers on yours . i already get some pretty strange looks when i price out wood ceilings ! if i didnt use the cheaters i probably wouldnt have a pics to post ! lol

heres another i did . ive now done their entire house except the two cats bedrooms . yup they have 8 cats that share two bedrooms ! lol
