Dining Room #3: taking shape

Once I closed in new exterior wall, I framed in the old porch floor area to bring it up flush with the interior floors. From there, taking down the old wall was pretty easy; just had lots of electrical to re-route.

Onto the drywall! Pretty straightforward at this point. I pulled new electrical into the basement for outlets, ceiling lights, wall sconces, 3 way switches, outdoor lights…lots of new electrical went into the new front wall.
