My wife and I bought our first house in Portland Oregon about ten and a half years ago. We bought a distressed fixer upper with the thought of putting in some sweat equity, and selling it within five years to cash in on the equity.

Absolutely beautiful! I am now sure if I had the house and after all the renovation work that I would sell it. But having in mind the project, good plan and good job. Try to do same thing with the next home. It looks like you could do it.
