I am drawing a set a of blueprints for my first house its going to have three bedroom, two bath, two car carport, small workshop, and a porch.

Looks good. Entrance is on the top and backyard on the bottom of the blueprints ?

The entrance on the top is backyard, and the entrance on the bottom is to the porch!

The blueprints looks good. With that large house, I think they need more than secured loans just to put up all your plans. But I hope that it will be built. Good luck.
