@#$% Ice...... I mean "Ice Dams"
Well – the weather in Up-State NY has been very cold lately. We have had a considerable amount of snow. Just to make it fun, we had a few warm days a while back, and even some freezing rain mix. I went to put on my jacket Monday morning, and I spotted water dripping down the wall in our living room! We have a two story Cape….. not a good sign! Yup – ice dam on the front of the house. Water backep up, found it’s way into the soffit, and into the frame of the win...
